目的:比较体内光动力治疗与体外光动力疗法对骨性关节炎治疗效果。方法:随机将20只日本大耳白兔分为四组,分别为:空白对照组,模型对照组,体内光动力治疗组及体外光动力治疗组,每组5只兔。除空白对照组外,其余各组均施以改良Hulth方法建立骨性关节炎动物模型。造模8周后,进行光动力疗法治疗。采用HE染色观察软骨形态结构的变化,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清中COMP、YKL-40及
Objective: To compare the effects of photodynamic therapy and in vitro photodynamic therapy on osteoarthritis in vivo. Methods: 20 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group, model control group, in vivo photodynamic therapy group and in vitro photodynamic therapy group, with 5 rabbits in each group.
