本文得1982年-1984年中国台网测定面波均匀震级及国外报告报出的震级资料.计算了国际某些主要测报系统的震级与均匀震级的年平均偏差及其标准误差、分析其计算结果.绘制出直方图和分布曲线,并准备交其结果用类似“授时公报”的形式发布每年的“震级对比公报”.以研究其偏差分布特征及比较其逐年的稳定性.另外,利用X~2检验方法检验震级编差的总体是否遵从正态分布?并计算出平均在20个以上的震级偏差数据即可达到95%的置信度.说明震级偏差的频数分布,很接近于正态分布
