目的观察依昔苯酮 (Exifone,Exf)对大鼠肠系膜微循环血流动态变化的影响。方法采用显微录像静画步进法观察Exf对大鼠肠系膜微血管血流速度 (BFV)、血流状态 (BFS)、细动脉管径(AD)、细静脉管径 (VD)及血流量 (BFR)的变化。结果当Exf给药30min后 ,Exf2.7mg/kg、5.4mg/kg和10.8mg/kg组能明显增加BFV ,增加百分率分别为14.19 %、22.55 %和25.14 %。AD增加百分率分别为21.01 %、24.64 %和31.97 %。VD增加百分率分别为5.47%、14.19 %和18.27 %。BFS得到明显改善 ,毛细血管开放数呈增加趋势。结论Exf具有明显改善大肠系膜微循环作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Exifone (Exf) on the dynamic changes of mesenteric microcirculation in rats. Methods Microvessel flow velocity (BFV), blood flow state (BFS), arteriole diameter (AD), diameter of venule (VD) and blood flow ( BFR) changes. Results Exf2.7mg / kg, 5.4mg / kg and10.8mg / kg significantly increased BFV after the administration of Exf for30min, the percentages of increase were14.19%, 22.55% and25.14% respectively. The percentage increase of AD was 21.01%, 24.64% and 31.97% respectively. The percentage increase of VD was 5.47%, 14.19% and 18.27% respectively. BFS was significantly improved, the number of open capillaries showed an increasing trend. Conclusion Exf can significantly improve the mesenteric microcirculation.
