As the market economy continues to improve, power companies are under unprecedented pressure to manage and service. This urges China’s power supply companies to continuously strengthen management and improve service quality to meet the requirements of power supply enterprises in the new situation. The author elaborates the countermeasures of the construction of staff in power supply enterprises from the aspects of salary, human resource and management system, for reference. To relieve the pressure on the enterprises, we must strengthen the building of the internal workforce and improve the employees’ professional ability.
