我国研制的侧卸式装岩机于1975年开始运用于岩巷掘进装岩。新汶矿务局协庄煤矿快速掘进一队使用ZC-1型和ZLC-60型两种侧卸式装岩机,在6年多的时间中掘进14.7～17.2米~2断面的全岩大巷7800米,累计 装岩22万米~3。其履带行走部(图1)在井下往返行走的距离达852.3公里。在使用前期履带行走部使用寿命低,故针对此问题开展了研究和改进实践,取得了一定进展。现介绍一些主要收获和认识。
The side-mounted rock loader developed in China began to be used in rock tunneling in 1975. Xinwen Mining Bureau Xiezhuang coal mine rapid excavation team using ZC-1 and ZLC-60-type two side-mounted rock loader, more than 6 years in the tunnel 14.7 ~ 17.2 m ~ 2 section of the whole rock large Lane 7,800 meters, a total of 220,000 meters installed rock ~ 3. The crawler walk (Figure 1) in the downhole walking distance of 852.3 km. In the early stage of crawler travel, the service life is low, so we have carried out research and improved practices on this issue and made some progress.
