在油田钻井、完井、固井、修井及开采等过程中水锁易引起地层损害,分析了产生水锁伤害的机理,研制出了TA-2系列防水锁伤害增产剂,并利用程序界面张力仪、全自动旋转滴界面张力测定仪、岩心流动实验装置等仪器对其进行了综合性能评价。结果表明,与现有配方相比,TA-2系列防水锁伤害剂对储层的伤害程度最小;随着TA-2溶液浓度的增大,岩心回收率增加,抑制膨胀的作用增强;TA-2可以增大毛细管半径,降低毛细管阻力,从而有效地解除水锁伤害。
In the process of oil well drilling, completion, cementing, workover and mining water lock easily lead to stratigraphic damage, analyzed the mechanism of water lock injury, developed TA-2 series waterproof lock injury yield agent, and the use of program interface Tension instrument, fully automatic rotary droplet interface tension tester, core flow test equipment and other equipment to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its performance. The results show that compared with the existing formulations, TA-2 series water-based lock injury agent has the least damage to the reservoir. With the increase of the concentration of TA-2 solution, the core recovery rate increases and the inhibition of expansion increases. TA- 2 can increase the capillary radius, reduce capillary resistance, thus effectively lifting the water lock damage.
