该文研究了用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法间接测定火炸药组分及其相关化合物在正辛醇/水系统中分配系数的方法。通过对参比物容量因子k′与其正辛醇/水分配系数Kow关系的测定,计算出待测化合物的lgKow,获得了各种火炸药组分的正辛醇/水的分配系数,给出了其lnk′与lgKow值的线性关系式及回归系数。即其中当流动相组成为甲醇水=7525时的线性方程为lgKow=0.5953+1.2913lnk′(n=8,γ=0.9941)。解决了因火炸药组分大多数水溶性差、易燃、易爆等问题给用传统摇瓶法测定带来的困难。
In this paper, a method for the indirect determination of partition coefficients of explosives and their related compounds in n-octanol / water system by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was studied. The partition coefficient of n-octanol / water of various explosives components was obtained by measuring the lgKow of the tested compounds by measuring the relationship between the volume fraction of reference substance k ’and its n-octanol / water partition coefficient Kow The lnk ’and lgKow values ?? of the linear relationship and regression coefficients. That is, the linear equation is lgKow = 0.5953 + 1.2913lnk ’(n = 8, γ = 0.9941) when the composition of mobile phase is methanol water = 7525.
