北京周边的度假村可谓多如牛毛,然而真正开发出自身特色,做成品牌的却少之又少。北京蟹岛度假村就是这少数企业中有代表性的一家。本期,我们将和北京市国际经济贸易研究所的尧秋根博士一起探讨蟹岛如何在众多同行中挖掘核心竞争力,脱颖而出。背景介绍创建于1998年的蟹岛度假村位于北京市朝阳区金盏乡境内,是集旅游、观光,农业种植、养殖,有机食品加工、销售为一体的农业产业化集团。蟹岛度假村占地面积3300亩,其中90%用于生态农业种养,10%用于旅游观光。园区采用“前店后园”的经营模式。并依据生态农业与旅游观光的需要,科学地划分为农业种植养殖区、可再生能源利用区、湖滨生态展示区、环保生态产业区、休闲度假区五大区域,形成“五大区域”相互依存、相互促进的良性可持续发展模式,被评为“北京市现代农业示范园区”,还是农业部、国家环保总局、中国环境科学学会认定的“北京绿色生态园区基地”。蟹岛度假村2003年共接待游客80万人次,平均每天2200人次,旺季最高峰时曾达到一天1.3万人次。2003年创造经济效益达114亿元。企业处于高速发展态势,品牌影响力日益扩大,企业的美誉度不断上升。
