培养创新型工程人才是实现我国新型工业化发展的重要保障之一,简要介绍了能源与动力工程专业的发展演变,并以辽宁石油化工大学能源与动力工程专业为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系设置及实践基地建设等3个方面进行了培养方案的阐述。
