一台与空气压缩机配套用的S1110型旧柴油机大修。修理完毕试车磨合时,起动容易,功率充足。磨合结束后投入带动空气压缩机作业,工作约100h后,突然出现功率严重不足;摘下传动皮带,卸掉负荷后发动机起动容易,运转平稳;而再挂上皮带增加负荷,油门操纵手柄即使加到大油门位置,转速也跟不上去,随后熄火,不能作业。判断其原因是燃油量供应不足,于是对可能产生该故障的部分燃油路、高压油泵、喷油器等进行了细致的检查,均未发现异
