轮式装载机在高频工作循环条件下,存在湿式驱动桥温升过高导致冷却油变质的问题。在分析驱动桥中关键部件生热和散热边界条件的基础上,应用Fluent软件进行数值计算,分析驱动桥制动热平衡的流场和温度场,同时进行装载机典型工况下驱动桥的温升试验,综合分析后提出驱动桥改进方案,最后对改进后的制动热平衡效果进行仿真分析,结果显示:改进方案使驱动桥的制动热平衡得到有效改善。
Wheel loader in high-frequency working conditions, there is wet drive axle temperature is too high lead to deterioration of cooling oil problems. Based on the analysis of heat generation and heat dissipation boundary conditions of key components in driving axle, numerical simulation is carried out by using Fluent software to analyze the flow field and temperature field of heat balance of driving axle brakes. At the same time, After the comprehensive analysis, the improvement scheme of the transaxle is proposed. Finally, the simulation results show that the improved scheme can effectively improve the thermal balance of the transaxle.
