病毒性心肌炎急性期,易发生心律失常、心力衰竭,对药物耐受性差,临床主要以休息、营养心肌及支持疗法为主,疗效较差。中药治疗有一定效果,但对急性病变如心律失常、心力衰竭的疗效发挥较慢。近5 a来,我们采用中西医结合的方法治疗该病66例,并与单纯西药治疗的62例进行对比观察,结果治疗组疗效满意,现报道如下。 Viral myocarditis in the acute phase, prone to arrhythmia, heart failure, poor drug tolerance, the main clinical rest, nutritional heart and supportive therapy, poor efficacy.
