作者对高血压病人进行两小时葡萄糖耐量试验和胰岛素释放试验。结果显示部分高血压病人出现葡萄糖耐量异常和高胰岛素血症。长期服用噻嗪类药物治疗高血压的病人除出现上述情况外,还存在血钾水平降低。所以,用此类药物治疗高血压病人时要注意这些情况的出现。
The authors conducted a two-hour glucose tolerance test and insulin release test on hypertensive patients. The results showed that some hypertensive patients with impaired glucose tolerance and hyperinsulinemia. Long-term use of thiazide drugs in patients with hypertension in addition to the above, there are also lower serum potassium levels.
