在经济利益的驱动下,犯罪分子在盗抢汽车后,通常会改动汽车发动机号码或车架号码,制作假牌、套牌,掩盖其原来的号码,以躲避侦查打击。侦查人员只有通过检验、发现和还原盗抢车辆的原始号码才能为案件的侦破提供证据。笔者在多年刑事技术检验过程中,摸索出一种非常规的机动车辆车架号码的检验方法—反光镜法。该方法针对被盗抢车辆的发动机号码完全被更改,无法通过常规的检验方法显现车辆原始号码的情况下,从车架号码入手,利用反光镜法显现车架原始号码,达到很好的检验鉴定效果。
Driven by economic interests, criminals often rob a car and usually change the car’s engine number or frame number to make fake cards, cover the original numbers and evade detection. Only through the detection of investigators to detect and restore the robbery of the original number of vehicles in order to provide evidence of detection of the case. The author in many years of criminal technology inspection process, worked out an unconventional motor vehicle frame number test method - mirror method. The method is based on the fact that the engine number of the stolen vehicle is completely changed, and the original number of the vehicle can not be displayed by the conventional test method. Starting from the number of the vehicle frame, the original number of the vehicle frame can be visually recognized to achieve a good inspection and identification effect.
