一、国际产业结构变化的一般规律,是判断上海产业发展阶段的比较依据。 随着国内经济的发展,第一次产业所实现的国民收入占整个国民收入的比重和第一次产业的劳动力占整个劳动力的比重都处于不断下降之中;第二次产业国民收入的相对比重和劳动力的相对比重也都是下降的;而第三次产业国民收入和劳动力的相对比重几乎都是上升的。这是产业结构演变的普遍规律。
