《加速度》是名模美女瞿颖唱过的一首歌,它其实是抄袭牛顿第二定律:力越大,加速度越大。本月不少大事,都有加速度的味道。党的十六届五中全会闭幕,将“自主创新”能力作为调整经济结构、转变经济增长方式的着力点。把“自主创新”作为重要关键词,就是产生新一轮经济“加速度”的最大一个“力”。世界经济论坛刚颁布了《全球竞争力报告2005～2006》,芬兰和美国分列一、二位,中国的排名却比去年下降3位,名列第49位。

China ranked third in the world, ranking 49 th out of three last year.
