目的:探讨眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤(mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma of ocular adnexal,MALT lymphoma of ocular adnexal)中Skp2和p27的表达及联系。方法:收集1995~2011年青岛大学附属医院眼科切除的眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤患者及眼部反应性淋巴组织增生患者的石蜡包埋标本,用免疫组化法分别检测两组标本中Skp2和p27的表达。结果:眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中Skp2表达率与眼部反应性淋巴组织增生相比显著增高(P<0.05)。p27表达率与反应性淋巴组织增生相比显著降低(P<0.05)。Skp2和p27的表达与患者Ann Arbor病理分级无关。在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中Skp2与p27成负相关(r=-0.129,χ2=15.39,P<0.05)。结论:综合分析眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中P27及SKP2的表达对本病的预后有一定意义。两者的表达彼此相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Skp2 and p27 in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue of lymphoma of ocular adnexal (MALT lymphoma of ocular adnexal). Methods: The paraffin-embedded specimens of patients with ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma and ocular reactive lymphoid hyperplasia were collected from Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from 1995 to 2011. The expressions of Skp2 and p27 in two groups of specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry expression. Results: Skp2 expression in ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma was significantly higher than that in ocular reactive lymphoid tissue (P <0.05). The expression of p27 was significantly lower than that of reactive lymphoid tissue (P <0.05). The expression of Skp2 and p27 was not related to the patient’s Ann Arbor pathological grade. Skp2 was negatively correlated with p27 in ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma (r = -0.129, χ2 = 15.39, P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive analysis of the expression of P27 and SKP2 in ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma has some significance for the prognosis of this disease. The two are related to each other.
