目的对2002～2009年大庆市某医院1 280例住院患者死亡原因进行统计分析,了解8年来病人死亡原因及变化趋势,为医院制定科学有效的预防措施提供科学依据。方法选择电子病案中的主要诊断用ICD-10进行疾病分类,对其病死率、死因构成等进行分析。结果恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病构成住院死亡的主要疾病,占全部死亡数的79.92%,其中恶性肿瘤病死率高达47.5%。结论恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病是该市住院病人的主要死因,应加强疾病防治,合理调配医疗资源,提高人群生活质量。
Objective To analyze the causes of death of 1,280 hospitalized patients in a hospital in Daqing city from 2002 to 2009, understand the cause and trend of death in 8 years, and provide a scientific basis for the hospital to formulate scientific and effective preventive measures. Methods Select the main diagnosis of electronic medical records with ICD-10 classification of disease, its mortality, causes of death and so on were analyzed. Results Malignant tumor, circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases were the major diseases of in-hospital death, accounting for 79.92% of all deaths, of which the mortality rate of malignant tumors was as high as 47.5%. Conclusions Malignant tumors, circulatory diseases and respiratory diseases are the major causes of inpatients in the city. Prevention and treatment of diseases should be strengthened, medical resources should be rationally allocated and the quality of life of the population should be improved.
