目的:研究肺癌患者红细胞天然免疫粘附功能情况及其意义。方法:检测50例肺癌患者、52例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)及30例正常人红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的能力,计算结合5个以上红细胞的肿瘤细胞的百分率。结果:肺癌患者的红细胞天然免疫粘附功能(40.3±8.4)与COPD组(52.5±9.1)相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)且两者均明显低于正常人(P<0.01),肺癌的分期、转移与否与红细胞天然免疫粘附功能密切相关。结论:测定肺癌患者红细胞天然免疫粘附功能对临床病情判断有一定参考价值。
Objective: To study the innate immunity of red blood cells in patients with lung cancer and its significance. METHODS: The ability of 50 cases of lung cancer, 52 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 30 cases of normal human erythrocyte adhering tumor cells was examined, and the percentage of tumor cells that combined more than 5 red blood cells was calculated. Results: The innate immunity of red blood cells in patients with lung cancer (40.3±8.4) was significantly different from that in the COPD group (52.5±9.1) (P<0.01) and both were significant. Less than normal (P <0.01), lung cancer staging, metastasis or not is closely related to the red blood cell natural immune adhesion function. Conclusion: The determination of the natural immune adhesion function of red blood cells in lung cancer patients has certain reference value for the judgment of clinical condition.
