介绍了一种用于测量煤粉喷吹系统固相浓度的电容传感器,由于采用了具有补偿特性的高频振荡测量电路,该传感器灵敏度和稳定性大大提高.可以适用于煤粉喷吹系统中固相浓度较低的气固两相流的测量。此外,传感器安装在管道外侧,实现了非接触测量,故对流动无影响,而且测量值与整个管道流通截面上的煤粉总量成正比.提高了测量准确性。实验室测试表明,该传感器能基本满足实际测量的要求。
A kind of capacitance sensor for measuring the solid concentration of pulverized coal injection system is introduced. Due to the high frequency oscillation measurement circuit with compensation characteristic, the sensitivity and stability of the sensor are greatly improved. It can be applied to the measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow with low solid concentration in the pulverized coal injection system.
