本文研究了粉末复合Ag-Cu双金属界面层的显微组织和显微硬度的变化;提出了一种烧结的扩散模型并运用非稳定态扩散第二定律计算了扩散合金层的厚度,同显微硬度测定和电子探针分析所获得的数据基本吻合。
In this paper, the changes of microstructure and microhardness of powder composite Ag-Cu bimetallic interface layer are studied. A sintering diffusion model is proposed and the second law of non-steady state diffusion is used to calculate the thickness of diffusion alloy layer. Microhardness determination and electron probe analysis of the data obtained by the agreement.
