本试验以玉米品种良玉99作为试验材料,在玉米大喇叭口期对玉米整株喷施抗蒸腾剂处理,抗蒸腾剂浓度为0.5 m L/L、1.0 m L/L、1.5 m L/L和2.0 m L/L四个浓度,以喷水处理作为对照,在喷施后第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天、第9天对玉米的光合特性和主要生理特性指标进行测定,结果表明:通过在玉米上喷施抗蒸腾剂的试验,可以提高玉米叶片中光合速率,水分利用效率,游离脯氨酸含量,叶片含水量,可溶性糖含量,降低蒸腾速率,使气孔导度下降,且最适宜浓度是1.5 m L/L。
In this experiment, corn variety Liangyu 99 was used as test material, and the whole plant was sprayed with antitranspirant in the big bellmouth corn stage.
