麻风病神经痛,是麻风反应中较常见的症候,不但影响规则治疗,还给患者带来难以忍受的痛苦,而且往往可以招致手足畸形,影响劳动力。因此,为寻找有效治疗措施,为解除患者痛苦,提高疗效,防止畸形发生,我们在总结过去使用中草药“石甘汤”治疗麻风神经反应有较好效果的基础上,进一步加以研究试制石膏注射液治疗麻风神经反应35例,初步获得良好疗效,兹报告于后。
