介绍热法覆膜砂生产过程微机控制系统的硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计。提出适时引入冷风是优化覆膜工艺的关键。生产实践表明,提高了覆膜砂的质量,降低了生产成本。
The hardware composition, working principle and software design of the computer control system for the thermal process of coated sand are introduced. It is the key to optimize the laminating process that the timely introduction of cold air is proposed. Production practice shows that the quality of covered sand is improved and the production cost is reduced.
