选用DP590钢为实验材料,将其加工成特定的圆柱试样,在热膨胀仪中以特定的速度加热到目标温度,保温、冷却进行CCT曲线的测定。对试样的微观组织形貌进行观察,分析其微观形态与各参数间的关系,找到试样的相变温度以及相变区域。结果表明,随着冷却速度升高,铁素体、珠光体含量逐渐降低,马氏体含量逐渐增高。
Select the DP590 steel as the experimental material, which will be processed into a specific cylindrical sample, heated to a target temperature in the dilatometer at a specific speed, insulation, cooling CCT curve determination. The microstructure of the sample is observed, the relationship between the microstructure and the parameters is analyzed, and the phase transition temperature and the phase transition region of the sample are found. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate, the content of ferrite and pearlite gradually decreases and the content of martensite gradually increases.
