本文在定量构造组织资本测度的基础上,结合企业专利数据,考察了组织资本与企业创新的关系。研究发现,组织资本能够显著地推动企业创新。进一步,国有控股的企业产权性质、更低的员工激励水平对组织资本的创新效果有负面影响,而激烈的行业竞争则呈现出了积极的影响。这丰富了我们对组织资本与企业创新之间关系的认识,并为企业发展及产业政策的制定提供了具有操作性的建议。
Based on the quantitative measurement of organizational capital, this paper examines the relationship between organizational capital and firm innovation based on the firm’s patent data. The study found that organizational capital can significantly promote business innovation. Further, the nature of the property rights of the state-controlled enterprises and the lower employee incentive level have a negative impact on the innovation effect of the organizational capital, while the fierce competition in the industry shows a positive impact. This enriches our understanding of the relationship between organizational capital and business innovation and provides operational recommendations for the development of enterprises and the formulation of industrial policies.
