学期即将结束,我参加了县里组织的音体美的视导与抽测活动。作为一线音乐教师的我,走出自己的音乐课堂,穿梭别人的音乐课堂,对当今音乐教学中的一些现象产生了感触。下面我从教学视导和音乐抽测两个方面分别谈一下我的切身感受:一、教学视导中的发现与思考教学视导是指特定教育专业人员,针对学校或教师之教学措施进行系统性的视察与辅导,以提升学校教学质量与学生学习效果的过程。所谓特定教育专业人员包括督学、校长及教师,以提升教学专业能力为目标。我
The semester is coming to an end, and I participated in the visual interpretation and sampling activities of the sound body organized by the county. As a first-line music teacher, I walked out of my own music class and shuttled others’ music lessons to some of today’s music teaching.
