本文以旱芹愈伤组织为材料,初步探讨了光质,碳源对旱芹体细胞胚发生的影响。结果表明,光质中蓝光对旱芹愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生的促进作用最强,红光作用最弱。蔗糖的浓度也影响到胚的发生,蔗糖浓度太高或太低都不利于产生体细胞胚和体细胞胚成熟,最适蔗糖浓度为3%。
In this paper, the celery callus as a material, to discuss the light quality, carbon source on the impact of somatic embryo somatic embryogenesis. The results showed that the light quality of blue light on the celery callus induction and plant regeneration of the strongest promotion, the weakest red role. Sucrose concentration also affects the occurrence of embryos, sucrose concentration is too high or too low are not conducive to the generation of somatic embryos and somatic embryos maturation, the optimum concentration of sucrose 3%.
