美国女作家海伦·凯勒那篇《假如再给我三天光明》的美文激励了很多人,古希腊哲学家阿基米德曾说过的“给我一个支点,我可以撬起地球”的豪言也震撼了许多人,而西夏哲学家至尊宝的一句“上天能够给我一个再来一次的机会,他会怎么怎么样”的即兴散文也让无数人感动。当然,我举这些例子无非是为了说明一个道理——任何人如果能拥有一次重来的机会的话,那么他会去改变许多事情。NBA球员的出路其实并不仅局限在打棒球和橄榄球上,他们能做到的事情很多,他们只是缺少一个机会。
