With the third mortality and the first criplemorbidity, cerebral vascular diseases pose great threat tohuman health, among which ischemic stroke accounts for55% to 80%. Clinically, the main reasons for ischemicstroke are thrombosis in cerebral arteries resulting in acutecerebral infarction, and stenosis of intracranial andcarotid arteries with cerebral ischemic and hypoxicchanges. The major causes for acute cerebral infarctionare the defluvium of artherosclerosic plaques, cardiogenicemboli, artherosclerosis, fibromyo2dysplasia and arteritiscausing stenosis of intracranial and carotid arteries, withartherosclerosis as the most severe cause.
