用组合机床对已加工过的平面进行搪孔并倒角是容易做到的,但是对毛坯平面进行搪孔并倒角就不容易了。若在搪排上装一把倒角刀来对孔口倒角,很难控制倒角尺寸。为了解决这个问题,我们对搪排作了改进,制成了浮动倒角装置,经过两个多月的使用,效果很好,减轻了劳动强度,还提高了工效。浮动倒角装置结构如图所示,由弹簧、弹簧座、搪排、平面轴承、装刀板、倒角刀、套与盖等组成。
