学校文化是学校在长期的办学实践中,经过自身努力、外部影响、历史积淀而逐步形成的理念、制度、行为、校风、教风、学风等。学校文化的形成过程是学校的自我生成能力或发展能力的培养过程,也是学校自觉的发展过程。这个过程是长期而艰难的,需要一代又一代的师生接力,需要不断地探索与实践、批判与继承、锤炼与提升,需要在引领中贯穿“三主”原则。
School culture is the concept, system, behavior, school spirit, teaching style and style of study that the school has gradually formed through its own efforts, external influences and historical accumulation in the long-term school practice. The formation of school culture is the process of cultivating the school’s self-generating ability or development ability, and it is also the conscious development process of the school. This process is long-term and difficult. It requires generations and generations of teacher-student relays. It requires continuous exploration and practice, criticism and inheritance, and tempering and promotion. It must lead through the principle of “three main principles.”
