民用爆炸物品,作为一种特殊的生产原料,为我国基础设施建设、工业发展、经济繁荣发挥了重要的作用,同时它所蕴含的巨大能量也为人民的安全带来了隐患。本文就近年来的涉爆案件出发,探讨我国民用爆炸物品管理存在的问题,并提出相应对策措施,以期为减少涉爆案件的发生提供理论参考。 Civilian explosives, as a kind of special raw material for production, has played an important role in China’s infrastructure construction, industrial development and economic prosperity. At the same time, the enormous energy it contains has also brought hidden dangers to people’s safety. In this paper, starting with the cases involving explosions in recent years, this paper discusses the problems existing in the management of civil explosives in our country and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide a theoretical reference for reducing the incidence of explosions.
