近年来台湾经济下滑趋势明显,并呈现“闷经济”特征:低增长、出口疲弱、消费投资低迷、民生困顿,台湾当局虽采取多项经济举措,但缺乏方向感无力摆脱困境。造成这种“闷经济”局面的主要原因是岛内经济与产业结构转型升级滞后。受外部环境、政党斗争、制度建设等因素制约,台湾经济短期内难以走出困境,但加快两岸经济合作是有助于台湾“脱闷”的重要有利条件。
In recent years, the trend of Taiwan’s economic downturn has become clear with “bored economy” characteristics: low growth, weak exports, sluggish consumer investment and livelihood difficulties. Despite a number of economic initiatives taken by the Taiwan authorities, the lack of a sense of direction has failed to get out of the doldrums. The main reason for this “bored economy” situation is the lagging transformation and upgrading of the economy and industrial structure on the island. Under the constraints of the external environment, party struggles and institution-building, it is hard for Taiwan’s economy to get out of its predicament in the near future. However, accelerating cross-Strait economic cooperation is an important favorable condition for contributing to Taiwan’s “debauchery.”
