当前职业教育校企合作的问题主要表现为社会认知程度不够,运行机制、制度法规等不健全。促进校企深度融合的主要路径为从外部环境层面优化校企合作相关的社会文化、经济和法律环境;从策略层面做好顶层设计,完善组织结构,建立科学的决策体系;从制度层面构建校企合作的相关法律法规;从机制层面推进校企合作模式向纵深发展。
At present, the problems of the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education mainly include the lack of social cognition, the imperfect operation mechanism, and the laws and regulations. The main path to promote the in-depth integration of school-enterprise is to optimize the socio-cultural, economic and legal environment related to the cooperation between school and enterprise from the external environment level; make the top-level design, improve the organizational structure and establish a scientific decision-making system from the strategic level; Relevant laws and regulations on cooperation between enterprises and enterprises; promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises from the mechanism level to the depth development.
