目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和甘氨酸G(Gly-G)的含量变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法检测117例乳腺原发浸润性导管癌(A组)、10例复发浸润性导管癌(B组)、20例乳腺良性肿瘤(C组)和31例正常人(D组)血清HIF-1α,采用高效液相色谱法分析血清Gly-G的含量及其在不同病理特征中的变化。结果A组血清中HIF-1α水平明显高于C、D组,B组HIF-1α高于A组;A、B组血清Gly-G含量低于C、D组。血清HIF-1α和Gly-G水平与乳腺浸润性导管癌病理分期、组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移密切相关;HIF-1α与Gly-G呈负相关。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌血清HIF-1α和Gly-G含量的异常变化可能是癌变过程的进展行为,而血清中HIF-1α和Gly-G的水平可能成为评价乳腺浸润性导管癌病理分期、组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移等生物学重要指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and glycine G (Gly-G) in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and its clinical significance. Methods 117 cases of primary invasive ductal carcinoma (A group), 10 cases of recurrent invasive ductal carcinoma (B group), 20 cases of benign breast tumor (C group) and 31 cases of normal human (Group D) serum were detected by ELISA. HIF-1α, the content of serum Gly-G and its changes in different pathological features were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The serum level of HIF-1α in group A was significantly higher than that in group C and D, and the level of HIF-1α in group B was higher than that in group A; the level of serum Gly-G in group A and B was lower than that in group C and D. Serum levels of HIF-1α and Gly-G were closely related to pathological stage, histological grade, tumor size and lymph node metastasis in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. HIF-1αwas negatively correlated with Gly-G. Conclusion The abnormal changes of serum HIF-1α and Gly-G in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast may be the progression of carcinogenesis. However, the levels of serum HIF-1α and Gly-G may be useful for assessing the pathological stage of invasive ductal carcinomas, Learn grade, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and other important biological indicators.
