本文对激光作业人员122人(男78、女44)和对照组125人(男84、女41)进行调查。采用协方差分析和多元线性逐步回归分析控制其它混杂因素影响后,研究激光暴露与血压、血脂之间的关系。结果表明:激光组TC、TC/HDL-C比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),多元线性逐步回归分析表明接触激光是引起SBP、TC升高,HDL-C下降的最主要因素,说明长期接触激光对血压、血脂可产生一定的影响,是增加冠心病危险性的又一潜在因素。
This paper investigates 122 laser workers (male 78, female 44) and control group 125 (male 84, female 41). Using covariance analysis and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis to control the influence of other confounding factors, the relationship between laser exposure and blood pressure and blood lipids was studied. The results showed that the ratio of TC, TC / HDL-C in laser group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that exposure to laser was the most important factor causing the decrease of SBP, TC and HDL-C , Indicating long-term exposure to laser on blood pressure, blood lipids can have a certain impact, is to increase the risk of coronary heart disease is another potential factor.
