为了全力支援农业的技术改革,为了更多的为国家节约钢材,我厂收集了一批报废的拖拉机轴瓦进行修复工作。这些废轴瓦的型号很多,今仅就ДТ-54型拖拉机第一主轴承上下轴瓦为例,介绍如下:一、工艺过程(1)将废轴瓦投入已加热的NaOH溶液中,清洗内外表面的锈蚀、污物和油垢。(2)用清水冲洗后烘干,堵塞油孔。(3)在轴瓦外表面和无合金层的地方,刷上一层保护涂料(防止粘合金)。涂料的配制是:水玻璃30%,石墨粉70%。
