迄今,关于使用激素避孕药者能否引起染色体损伤的问题尚有争论。本文作者1979年报导了服用激素和孕激素的复合避孕药的妇女外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换频率(SCEs)显著增高,而 H-usum 等(1982)报导使用类似复合避孕药的妇女SCE 频率无如此变化。本文对使用激素避孕药的妇女外周血淋巴细胞 SCEs 作进一步研究及分析。研究对象为20名每天日服复合避孕药(含乙炔雌二醇50μg 或30μg 及 d-18甲基炔诺酮150μg)的妇女,服药周期10~25个月,另有10名妇女每月注射一次含炔诺酮20mg 的孕激素避孕药,连续用药
