聚丙烯腈(PAN)可作为一种新型的治疗用栓塞剂。本研究旨在检测PAN的二种液态制剂和其固态微粒制剂(微粒直径100~400微米)的栓塞效果。将18只白兔平均分成三组,分别用上述的一种制剂进行单侧肾动脉栓塞。PAN对所有被栓塞的肾脏均能造成梗塞。采用血管造影和病理检查观察其梗塞效用,结果表明PAN是一个可靠而有效的肾动脉栓塞剂。
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) can be used as a new therapeutic embolic agent. The aim of this study was to determine the embolic effect of two liquid formulations of PAN and their solid-state microparticles (particle size of 100-400 μm). 18 white rabbits were equally divided into three groups, respectively, with one of the above preparations for unilateral renal artery embolization. PAN causes infarction in all embolized kidneys. Angiography and pathology were used to observe the infarction effect, the results show that PAN is a reliable and effective renal artery embolization agent.
