今春,我院应日本国后藤绘画研究所邀请,选出人物、山水、花鸟等优秀国画作品共五十四幅,参加在日本东京举行的“西安美术学院国画选拔优秀作品与后藤绘画作品联合展览。”展览分两期举行,每期历时一周,第一期在三月初展于东京板市,第二期于四月初,在东京船桥市展出。为了配合展览,并应东道主的邀请,我院派出国画系陈忠志、萧焕、江文湛三位教师和北京有关人员组成“中国美术家访日代表团”于四月初前往日本参观访问,代表团到达日本后出席了联合展览第二期展览开幕
In the spring of this year, at the invitation of Goto Painting Research Institute of Japan, our school selected 54 excellent works of Chinese painting, including landscapes, flowers and birds, to participate in the selection of outstanding works of Chinese painting in Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts and Goto’s paintings Joint Exhibition. “The exhibition takes place in two phases, each one week, with the first phase being exhibited in the Tokyo Board Market in early March and the second phase being shown in April in Tokyo’s Funabashi City. In order to tie in with the exhibition and at the invitation of the host, our institute sent three Chinese teachers Chen Zhongzhi, Xiao Huan and Jiang Wenzhan to form a ”delegation of Chinese artists to visit Japan" to visit Japan in early April.
