【本刊讯】日刊《水曜会志》五月三十日刊载题为《铝工业现状与技术研究动向》的文章.现将《铝合金材料的进步》一节摘要如下:成形加工用合金近年来为节省能源,要求汽车节减燃料,其措施是研究使汽车轻量化,因此铝制车身板的应用也与高强度钢和树脂一起成为研究的课题.在美国,车盖、车门等很多部件已经使用铝合金,而且在强度上达到了与冷轧钢板同等的水平,但冲压成形性和点焊接性较差,是目前需要进一步改进的重要课题.在所研究的合金中,30-30合金(抗拉强度30公斤/厘米~2以上、伸长率30%)具有最良好的成形性而受到好评
