古今中外社会发展的历程证明,改革是发展的最大动力,思想解放是改革的必要前提。湖北发展滞后的主要原因就在于改革滞后,而改革滞后的根本原因就在于思想解放不够。思想解放的关键在各级领导,落脚点在制度创新,前提在理论创新与舆论引导。更新观念、解放思想、创新体制是湖北加快发展,走在中西部前列的战略突破口。
The course of social development at all times and in all countries shows that reform is the greatest impetus for development and that ideological emancipation is a necessary prerequisite for reform. The main reason for the lagging development in Hubei lies in the lagging reform. The fundamental reason for the lagging reform lies in the insufficient emancipation of the mind. The key to the emancipation of the mind is leadership at all levels, with a focus on institutional innovation, guided by theoretical innovation and public opinion. Renewing concepts, emancipating the mind, and innovating the system are the strategic breakthroughs for accelerating development in Hubei and walking in the forefront of the central and western regions.
