双硫腙法是测定土壤有效锌最常用的方法之一,但其过程甚为繁琐,不适于大批量分析。流动注射萃取技术开辟了一条自动的在线萃取途径,从而大为简化及加速了萃取过程,并避免了有机溶剂挥发对空气的污染。该技术被用于测定水样中的钾及痕量铅、镉。该法的一个缺点是需要耐有机溶剂的塑料泵管。我们用类似Karlberg的萃取装置,应用置换排出法以普通泵管泵取有机溶剂建立了土壤有效锌的双硫腙萃取流动注射分光光度法,分析速度达60样/小时。
Dithizone method is one of the most commonly used methods for the determination of soil available zinc, but the process is very cumbersome, not suitable for large-scale analysis. Flow injection extraction technology opens up an automated online extraction route that greatly simplifies and speeds up the extraction process and avoids air pollution from volatile organic solvents. This technique is used to determine potassium and trace amounts of lead and cadmium in water samples. A disadvantage of this method is that it requires a plastic pump tube that is resistant to organic solvents. We used a similar Karlberg extraction device, displacement displacement method using a common pump to pump organic solvents to establish soil available zinc dithizone extraction flow injection spectrophotometry, analysis speed of 60 samples / hour.
