三江并流区是当前世界的一个热点地区 ,众多的国际国内组织投入了大量的人力物力对该地区进行了深入的研究。由于该地区的地质结构复杂 ,地形高低起伏大 ,因而造成该地区的自然灾害的发生具有类型多 ,发生频率高 ,时间规律明显 ,灾害的分布广 ,空间特点显著等特点 ,我们以迪庆州为例对自然灾害的时空发生规律进行研究 ,找出其中的时空规律并提出防治的合理化建议 ,为区域规划、区域可持续发展提供依据。 The Three Parallel Rivers District is a hot spot in the world at present. Many international and domestic organizations have devoted a great deal of manpower and resources to conducting an in-depth study of the area. Due to the complex geological structure and the high and low relief of the terrain, the natural disasters in the area are characterized by many types of occurrences, frequent occurrences, obvious time laws, wide distribution of disasters and remarkable spatial characteristics. As an example, studies the law of spatiotemporal occurrence of natural disasters, finds out the temporal and spatial rules and puts forward reasonable suggestions on prevention and treatment, which provides the basis for regional planning and regional sustainable development.
