本文叙述了商业部设计院试验室利用电子计算机、热流计和热电偶对冷库围护结构的热工性能进行现场测定,改变了以往取样的测试方法。该测试使用简便、精度高,既不损坏冷库的隔热材料,又能真实反映各部位隔热层的冷损耗、热阻、热惰性指标等参数。近几年来对于新建冷库的鉴定,对新型隔热材料使用效果,以及需要维修的冷库的隔热层损坏情况均进行了测试,取得了良好的效果。
This article describes the laboratory of the Design Institute of Ministry of Commerce of the use of electronic computers, heat flow meter and thermocouple on the thermal performance of cold storage envelope on-site determination, changing the previous sampling test method. The test is simple to use, high precision, without damaging the insulation materials in cold storage, but also can truly reflect the cold loss, thermal resistance, thermal inertia and other parameters of the insulation layer of various parts. In recent years, the identification of new cold storage, the use of new insulation materials, as well as the need to repair the insulation damage of cold storage were tested and achieved good results.
