观察采用自身行为调节睡眠—觉醒节律治疗失眠症的疗效。方法对无器质性病变,每天睡眠少于240~300min为主症者60例为治疗对象,以治疗前后睡眠质量和收缩压、脉搏和呼吸频率为观察指标,方法有调兴奋和调松驰的具体措施。结果(1)收缩压、脉搏和呼吸频率治疗前后分别为18.0±1.5/16.0±1.0(kPa)、82.5±6.4/70.2±4.6(次/min)和19.4±1.2/12.6±1.0(次/min),三项P值全部<0.001。(2)睡眠时间治疗前后为278.0±28.4/412.0±30.6(min),P<0.001,治疗后平均增加134.0min。(3)睡眠质量(得分)治疗前后为40.2±2.8/23.0±3.0,P<0.001。结论自身行为治疗失眠症是一种有效的自我医疗、保健方法。
