我国每年茴香脑的产量达到3 500~4 000吨,约有80%应用于口腔护理产品,12%用于食品(如糖果、酒类、饮料、口香糖等),还有8%应用于其他小品种中(如杀虫剂、饲料添加剂等)。再加上茴香油的产量,茴香脑的年产量可高达5 000吨。八角茴香油(CAS#68952-43-2;FEMA#2096)的主产地是中国,其他产地如越南等国近年来都已减产。但全球对茴香脑的需求却是不断增加的。
In China, the annual output of anethole reaches 3500-5000 tons, about 80% of which is used in oral care products, 12% in foods (such as candy, alcohol, beverages, chewing gum, etc.) and 8% in other small Varieties (such as pesticides, feed additives, etc.). Together with the production of fennel oil, the annual production of anethol can reach up to 5,000 tons. Star anise oil (CAS # 68952-43-2; FEMA # 2096) is the main origin of China, other producing countries such as Vietnam have been reduced in recent years. However, the global demand for anethol is steadily increasing.
