过去十年中,以经典控制理论为基础的传统的选矿控制策略,己在增加选矿厂处理量和降低操作费用方面取得了显著的成果。但是,人们也认识到,传统的控制策略对于复杂多变量的选矿系统,其局限性是很大的。这些局限性主要体现在:单输入/单输出控制耦合常引起控制器之间不希望有的严重的相互干扰。过去几年中,相继出现了解决这一问题的一些新的前途的方法。这些方法都是利用在我动态模型进行预测,预测结果可用于控制决策。本文首先对1984年选矿控制的技术发展水平作简要的概述,尔后综合评述以模型为基础的控制策略,包括最优控制、自校正控制器和去耦控制中的控制策略的最新发展。对将来选矿作业控制的预期发展趋势也进行了讨论。
Over the past decade, traditional dressing control strategies based on classical control theory have yielded significant results in increasing the processing capacity and operating costs of the concentrator. However, it is also recognized that the traditional control strategy has great limitations for complex multivariable beneficiation systems. These limitations are mainly reflected in: Single-input / single-output control coupling often cause unwanted serious interference between controllers. Over the past few years, there have been some new promising solutions to this problem. These methods are all used in my dynamic model for forecasting, and the forecasting results can be used to control the decision-making. This paper first briefly summarizes the technological development level of beneficiation control in 1984 and then reviews the model-based control strategies including the latest development of control strategies in optimal control, self-tuning controllers and decoupling control. The future trend of dressing control is also discussed.
