研究了搭接条件下激光热有效利用率的计算方法。分析了搭接熔覆时的对流机制和显微组织特征 ,并利用该对流机制解释了不同区域的组织、成分的变化 ,测量了熔覆层的力学性能。
The method of calculating the effective utilization rate of laser heat under the overlap condition is studied. The convection mechanism and microstructure characteristics during lap cladding were analyzed. The structure and composition of different regions were explained by the convection mechanism, and the mechanical properties of cladding layer were measured.
